Yes, I'm, sorry this is another stuttering game stream issue. I have been trying to fix this issue for about a month and am still unable to stream without constant stuttering or even viewing streams. I have tried multiple encoders, obs,xsplit. My internet speeds are 30/5 and am unable to even stream at 480, my specs are an i7 with 12 gigs of ram. I have had tech support out from my company to replace my modem, run line diagnostics, change routers/ and done everything I can on my end to be able to stream on twitch. I'm able to stream on own3d with no problems, but would love to stick with twitch as i find it a far superior product. I have tried changing my quality ,and still my stream stutters. I have run tracert's ping tests and everything is fine on my end. I have a high level of tech expertise and I cannont understand why I'm unable to get this working. My next thought was to setup static routing to see if that would work but have not seen any indication via forum postings as to this fixing the issue, the most common thing i see if the blame being put on throttled internet. I would like to talk to a higher up tech support or someone that can help me out. I have seen that there are alot of the same problem with comcast, but I am with Time Warner and have been streaming for 1.5 years from the same location with no problems until about a month ago. I have checked with another location with a differnet computer and same problem and have had multiple of others try there connection to the same stream at the same times between 4pm-11pm all different ISP and same problems.
