What are the qualifications for auto archiving streams from the PS4 built in service? I understand that the PS4 FAQ says it doesn't support archiving, but that is clearly not the case.
Here are some examples of streams that have been auto archived:

These have been confirmed by the account owner to have been streamed from the tools within PS4
Why do some accounts have the privilege of getting archived streams while others do not? Can we have a straightforward answer on this?
