In my channel (http://www.twitch.tv/spynoone/profile/pastBroadcasts) you can notice my attempts to stream. It seems to freeze up every couple of seconds for an unclear reason.

Another one of my friends experiences the exact same thing even though his computer is much better, (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B86MzOH_17A) and his internet plan is also faster, ~16MB/s upload.
What could this be? Or is it even the twitch servers?
