What is Twitch doing to prevent sexism, racism, threats, and hate speech?

Hi, Before I get a ton of responses calling me a slut, whore, bitch, cunt, cam whore, attention whore, etc i want to make it clear that i am a male, not a female. I would like to know what Twitch is doing to prevent the rampant hatred, sexism, threats, racism, hate speech etc that broadcasters and viewers are bombarded with. I like gaming and watching games, i always have, but what I've noticed is that female gamers in particular are being witch hunted and its disgusting and shameful. I can not imagine the strength it takes to see all the comments calling them whores and sluts constantly. It doesn't matter if she's wearing a low cut top, or a turtle neck, she WILL be bombarded with these comments. Even if she WERE wearing a top that showed all but her nipples (yes, i realize this is against dress code and i have never seen anyone wear this before) she would NOT deserve to be called a 'Cam Whore' or 'Attention Whore'. Surfing through the Twitch channels is like taking a time machine back to when it was OK and a social norm to say all these things. God forbid you be less than perfect for you will be flooded with comments such as "your fat" , "your ugly" , "your disgusting" and those comments are not even close to the colorful paragraphs of insults I've seen. When is Twitch going too take steps to prevent these things from happening? Will it take a suicide linked to Twitch bullying and harassment for them to step up? Ive actually seen threats of rape being thrown at broadcasters. Mods can only go so far, especially if a broadcaster doesn't know anyone well enough to make them a Mod. Yes, I realize there is an option to write a report after the fact, but how can someone being bombarded with 1500 people in their chat be expected to report every single one of them, especially when the chat is moving so fast. Its impossible. (and yes, i know you can "blacklist words" but that doesn't stop people from finding other ways of using them ex. s l u t" Twitch, how are you going to PREVENT this behavior to make it a safer community?
