After multiple attempts to post a question, I'm making it short: it seems my ISP (ZON, in Portugal) doesn't like Twitch at all. All my friends at Cabovisao can watch the LCS with no problems. When I don't lag (which is really rare) all my friends are ahead of me in the stream. YouTube works fine in 720p, but there is a huge delay which Twitch doesn't have. Mitch's workaround did not have effect for me.

Who's to blame? Twitch or my ISP?
