Hello, Me and my boyfriend have been trying for the past 3 months to get his stream to work. We have comcast and thought we were getting throttled but shaperprobe says there's no shaping going on and we tried to use a vpn, didn't work.
His stream used to work perfectly, but a few (maybe 4 months) ago it stopped working. He's tried ffsplit, open broadcaster, and xsplit. None of them worked. When he streams it just lags then freezes. He has a really good computer and used to be able to stream just fine.
Today i found out that i can stream using my laptop and when i do bandwidth test it comes out green. But with his desktop it always always comes out red. I tried on another laptop and it came out green also. His computer is directly hooked up to internet (it's not wifi).
We can't figure out what's wrong, we looked at so many forum posts but find no solution. He's tried ALL different settings, all the servers, and pretty much tried all the tricks you find in the forums. How is it that his computer which runs way better than my laptop can't stream anymore while mine can? It used to work just fine and we even got comcast business so we can have better upload download speeds. Still nothing works. Please help, he's trying to make a career out of this as this and we're paying a lot of comcast business, nothing makes sense.
