So here is my problem, during the day, I can watching streams in Source quality without any lag at all. Right now I am watching Sky_mp3's stream and I can't even watch in Low quality without lag every couple of minutes. I've restarted my modem, closed other internet using applications and it still lags. I clicked the little wrench and said "Audio and Video Stutters" but still hasn't helped at all. Any ideas?
