Tried it. Doesn't work. All I get is a blank white screen with nothing on it. If I load the main page of a channel everything shows up fine but the chat popout doesn't show up. Reinstalled flash and it didn't work.
Need a solution (besides switching browsers) or some sort of url for the old chat at least.
