Hello folks,
I am using Twitch like many people to watch several people. But my main followed Streamer is a not a Partner to twitch, so I can't change the Quality over Twitch itself. I tried to do the way over TTV and the Transcoding but it was removed. It is nessacary to me to change the quality so I can watch him. This may be already somewhere here but I couldn't find an answer after 30 minutes.
So what I try to achieve is to lower the quality of the guy I am following.
