I am streaming a game called Tibia and it seems that sometimes people need to buffer my stream. Not all the time, but sometimes. I do not know if there're people that always get affected and are never able to watch my stream. Something that is weird is that it seems to occur to me and not others.
I use OBS to stream. I have streamed at 720p with CBR and about 2300-2700 bitrate and buffer for a few weeks and still people get buffering problem from time to time. My ISP is ComHem, 200MB/10MB and the upload is stable. I stream through the German server in Frankfurt.
I decided to scale it down further yesterday, but still people got the buffering problem. If this is not the only issue, sometimes messages disappear on the stream and people do not get to see certain messages.
I have tried to communicate with viewers and checked with friends I know has good setup. Having two friends that both have different ISP, running with at least 50MB/20MB and have top end PCs and cleared cache. They tried different browsers but still they had buffer. This was about 2 months ago, which then stopped.
I wonder if there is a fix for this available? Starting to get tired of people having to load my stream while others are running just fine for everyone.
