Flash player hardware acceleration not supported on older gpus

With the release of flash player 11.4 adobe has increased Stage 3D gpu reach which enable hardware acceleration on older gpus. This feature currently works for me on youtube but on twitch doesn't and it would be nice if you could enable this feature because 720p+ streams lags for me.
