It has been doing this to me as of late and it's quite annoying..
I've tried on all browsers(chrome, firefox, ie, opera, etc.) and the video shuts off and on every 2-7 seconds.
I'm able to watch streams on any other website except twitch in 1080p...
I have 15 down and 5 up, so I don't see how this should be happening at all
