I updated to Chrome 25 today and afterwards noticed the scroll bars on twitch were displaying the normal scrollbar underneath the new black one on the directory and beta pages. I have screenshots.

It doesn't show in the screenshots but it happens on the chat scrollbar too. I have no addons installed. I also tried this in Firefox to compare and it appears to work normally.
