Hi, I can't watch streams with high bitrates. Whenever I stream at 1.5mb/s, it's kinda fine, but after 2.5mb/s I get lags while watching. If I go higher, to 4.5mbps, it lags like hell, and 14mb/s doesn't load at all. Meanwhiole all replays are saved on servers.
I can stream without ANY problem to other servers like cybergame, goodgame or even youtube, and ANYBODY can see me there. I've tried different servers of twitch, but nothing helps - stream is not watchable.
And, no, my provider doesn't cut the speed.
