Sometimes when I or other viewers try to chat, the messages will simply not appear, and nobody can see them but the sender of the messages. I would think that Twitch would be aware of this by now, but i haven't seen any questions about it. It is not only occurring in one stream, I have been in multiple channels and still encountered this problem.
