Ads not playing

I saw a similar thread but they were having trouble with the ad overlay and no ad playing. I get -nothing- no first time ad when the stream is loaded, no ads when the broadcaster plays them, not even a hiccup. I have had this issue for a month or so, it is hard to remember. For information I am from the USA, have never had any type of ad blockers, and have the problem regardless of browser(IE, FF, Chrome). I know the importance of ad revenue so I want to get this fixed, any suggestions? Thanks!
