Been like that for almost 2 weeks.

So, the streams wont load on any setting higher than low, and even then, it would stutter and start the bufferino so I get 5 secs of view and 20 of buffer, so good.
If I use source quality the stream wont ever load, except for some rare times in the day that it decides to work, 90% of the time I wont be able to watch anything at all, if we remove these low quality stream of 10 sec each min.
I'm able to load past broadcasts.
Btw, your "submit report" is kinda broken.
