A few days ago, it seems twitch suddenly went down for a lot of people. It came back soon enough, but since then, I haven't been able to watch any streams at all, even on low. The stream plays for about 5 seconds, and then buffers for a minute or two. Normally I can watch any stream on high or source with no problems, so this is a little strange. Is anyone else having this problem, or is it just a coincidence?
