First I'd like to emphasize how dissapointed I am with twitch.tv.
For the past month my twitch.tv experience has just been getting worse.
It's a known fact that some twitch.tv routes are bad.
And I've seen they blame the users' internet on bad experience.
That's why I've done a few speed tests with locations near twitch.tv servers. The first is the one nearest to my house. As they follow:

As you can see i got pretty good connections with all these servers, but still I can barely watch twitch.tv in MEDIUM.
Amazingly enough I can watch EVERY other stream services in the internet in 1080p resolution with no lag or stutter AT ALL.
Because of that I ask:
Understanding that twitch.tv has it income from ads, they seem to block proxy, simply because the users wouldnt get the appropriate Ad according to their regions. But it surely make these users unsatisfied. Seems to me like entrepreneurship is lacking. So... Does the twitch.tv proxy blocking policy account for more and I am missing something? Do you have plans to improve your servers?
Now a suggestion:
Why don't you just create a chrome addon (or something like that) that would proxy the connection for the user that is having problems with twitch.tv routing, but the user would have to provide information from where he lives, age an such. So even with a proxied connection he would be getting the appropriate ads.
That would solve most of twitch problems regarding that.
