Are we going to get an update on what you guys are doing to fix the loading problems and the 20+ second delay? Our website was using livestream for almost 2 years with significantly less problems than we've had with Twitch in the past 19 days. Most of our streamers are frustrated and want to switch back to livestream. I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt because changing servers and video systems is tough work, but I can't keep defending a service that doesn't work as well as the old service. Last news I saw from you guys addressing the issue was roughly a month ago and you claimed everything is better, despite the constant complaints.
