Around 1-2 weeks ago i was streaming perfectly and now since like 2 days ago i cant stream at all my friends telling me its freezing every 2 seconds and is un-watchable. My game im streaming is not lagging at all, that is not the problem but my stream is and I use obs and in the bottom right corner the fps goes from green to red over and over and sometimes stays red. Please tell me whats wrong and how to fix it so I can start streaming again. All my settings on obs are the same as it shows on here ( http://help.twitch.tv/customer/portal/articles/1262922-open-broadcaster-software#Getting Started and Setup ) and my max bitrate in the video encoding is 3000.
