So a few days ago i tried to stream and i constantly got the loading wheel.
Now, i rarely get the wheel, it just stays grey with the "Loading Video..." button at the bottom of the window.
My friends get the same thing when they try to watch my stream so it isnt something only i see (or dont see)
I've tried both OBS and xsplit and both gives the same results.

Watching other streams is not a big problem, a few lags but not much
