Unstable upload?

I've been trying to stream for a while now and I can't get the quality I want.. Here is my internet connection speed test: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3127701739 My computer specs: Windows 7 64 bit Intel i7-3630QM 2.40Ghz 16 GB Ram GTX 670MX And here is 2 traceroute I did to live.twitch.tv 1 7 ms 9 ms 7 ms 10.199.56.1 2 14 ms 15 ms 15 ms 10.170.170.206 3 15 ms 15 ms 11 ms 216.113.122.133 4 27 ms 27 ms 27 ms 216.113.123.174 5 * * * Request timed out. ... timed out until 30. 1 7 ms 7 ms 9 ms 10.199.56.1 2 15 ms 15 ms 15 ms 10.170.170.206 3 14 ms 15 ms 15 ms 216.113.122.133 4 27 ms 27 ms 48 ms 216.113.123.174 5 * * * Request timed out. ... timed out until 30. I am using xsplit with the Twitch channel preset. I'm trying to stream with 6000, 5000, 4000, 3000 kpbs, with 720p resolution. I sometimes get green, sometimes yellow low on the bandwith test... I don't have a firewall. I was going through a router, so I bought a second IP address and a switch, now my comuter is connected to the switch which is directly connected to the modem, and the other IP address feeds the router for other devices in the house. I can't figure out the problem, my 10-13 MB upload should allow me to stream these settings pretty easily but it seems there is something going on with my internet making it drop frame or something.. Anyone can help?
