For the last while, I have been getting really choppy lag on Twitch streams. It is not a problem on most streams where I can watch 480p and sometimes 720p if I don't mind the occasional audio/video skip, but recently it has gotten to an unbearable point. I looked around and saw other people with a similar issue, and that they were being asked to do Trace routes to live.twitch.tv, so I ran mine and here was the result:

The only thing I didn't include here was my IP Address, but it looks like there is a problem with routing to Twitch and my ISP. Do I need to call them or can I do the fix myself?
