Every time I watch a stream I join a stream it is right before the owner starts streaming and when they start it I have no issues whatsoever when watching but if I refresh or leave and come back then I will start having unbearable lag spikes while watching the video. The video proceeds to fall very far behind and then tries to fast forward after about 5 minutes to catch up then repeats.
