videos just started to lag recently like today on desktop. Tried to watch high quality video on my mobile phone by using twitch app and the videos are still lagging. I thought it was my computer but its not cause the videos are also lagging on my phone. I sure its not my internet provider because it didnt happen before. Whats the news?
