Jason, is there ANY solution or alternative or tweak that can help me watch streams? I actually stream just fine, watching is a different story. I live on Orange County, CA and have Time Warner. Every couple seconds on ANY resolution it glitches/stutters. Often time the sound is clear but the stream is at a standstill.
