i have heavy laggs issue watching streams ( Destiny and LCS ) mostly i watch those two but it laggs every else too,
My ISP is UPC ( EU ) i had a nice fix to lagg issues but it's not working now, trick was to be in channel before streamer starts to stream in that way data stream is stable at about 3-5 mb/s without any lag. but since few days twitch changed default stream quality when streamer starts to stream ( in destiny channel from 1080p to 720 ) can i ask staff to revert this change ?
