Hi, a few weeks ago, almost all users of twitch.tv from Kazakshtan began to experience big troubles with opening and viewing streams on twitch.tv,we simply cannot open your site.
I contacted our ISP - he told me that they are not blocking anything associated with twitch.tv and told that might be twitch.tv blocking our pool for ip adresses.
I have dynamical IP and sometimes after few reboots of my adsl router i can open your pages and watch games.
The whole country suffering this troubles,we need your help :)
