Can't load with Windows 8

Hi When I try to load, actually anything, it won't. I can only watch stream in the old loadout, and it won't keep it as my permanent, I use Windows 8. I can't use the chat either, i can see it and I can write in it, but It won't send. I hope somebody know what's wrong, PLEASE HELP ME... - maunet732
