I'm aware of current issues with Twitch, everyone getting lag regardless of their internet and such but I'm in the UK and I'm getting pretty bad lag to the point where Twitch is literally un-watchable on 360p. I'd try 240p but honestly I'd rather rake my eyes out first.
I'm not going to say I have amazing internet, my internet is awful. I tend to get around 3.5Mb/s down and 0.8 up BUT, I can usually watch every stream on 480p if it's available and a lot of streams I can watch on 720(+)
However I get really random lag spikes, basically I can tell within the first 5 minutes of watching a stream as to whether Twitch will be usable for me that day.
It's lagging now and I've done a Traceroute results are below and my ISP is EE (Everything Everywhere)

The from 12-30 are all timed out. I have no idea what this means so hopefully if this shows why I'm having issues someone can help me out or is this something I'm just going to need to put up with until I get fibre (soon.. I hope)?
Thanks.
