Attention Time Warner Subscribers, TWC & Twitch.TV peering is coming soon

Thousands of Time Warner cable subscribers have experienced extremely laggy conditions over the past year on Twitch. Recently, Emmett Shear, CEO of Twitch.TV completed an AMA on Reddit and answered a question regarding Twitch and Time Warner Cable peering (both parties collaborating to fix the lag between Twitch's CDN and Time Warner's caching servers (Level3)). I have took it upon myself to contact both Emmett Shear (who responded via email saying he is happy to peer with TWC) and Mike Lajoie, Time Warner Cable's chief technology officer and network engineer lead. I cannot be certain if this problem is entirely Twitch's fault/TWC's fault, but it is believed to be both, so that's why I'm trying to force these two companies into collaboration in order to fix this problem once and for all. Twitch is ready and willing to collaborate. I have sent Emmett's contact information to Time Warner Executives who have confirmed receipt of the information. I urge ALL TIME WARNER CABLE subscribers to email Mike Lajoie (mike.lajoie@twcable.com) and politely ask him to have TWC peer with Twitch and Emmett. Besides Mike Lajoie, the quickest way to contact corporate is to go to timewarnercable.com, go to "contact us" and submit "feedback" under "products and services" - You WILL receive a response from a CORPORATE CSR within 24 hours of receipt. This could possibly expand to other ISP's if others are willing.
