I've just started with streaming, I did everything with Twitch OBS configuration.
My UPLOAD IS - 15 mb/s so I cannot have problems with uploading but I set 2000 bitrate.
I downloaded two applications
1. TwitchTest -> It shows me ping to servers and bandwidth. It shows THAT TO ALL EU servers my ping i over 1000 ms ...
2. JTV ping -> It shows only ping to servers. IT SHOWS THAT to all EU servers my ping is about 30-60.
It is weird that two programms show something different.
My computer is good, I can even say it's very good. So it cant be problem with him.
I've checked antivirus --- i turned him down and nothing happend, so he doesnt block OBS.
I've called my internet technics they said all with my internet is good.
If You want i can post logs.
Oh and i would forget... I have ,,droping frames'' 10-60% .
Please help me.
