I'm wondering if anyone has a fix for the Grey thumbnail issue?
I've only just started having it happen to me, I've been using OBS (.472b) for a few weeks and it's only recently that this error started to occur.
I'm slowly going through my settings in OBS and reverting one by one what changes I may have made (such as 60fps, CBR, specific ingest server etc)
It would be really helpful however to see if we can get some sort of log or crash error from Twitch so I can isolate exactly what might be causing the problem. It should be possible to look at my stream, look at the thumbnail generated and find out what the problem is, then I can resolve it without all the trial and error.
I've noticed I'm not the only one having this happen either, almost every game I check the channel pages for there is at least one person with a Grey Thumbnail streaming, so it must be a fairly widespread issue.
