Twitch steams won't load

Hi, My Twitch worked fine last week but for the past 5 days or so I haven't been able to load any streams and get stuck looking at pages like this: http://puu.sh/ixHd7/6bfae943dc.png I've tried clearing my cache multiple times and using different browsers, I almost always use Chrome but also couldn't get it to work on Firefox or IE. I've also tried flushing my ip/dns in the cmd panel and other suggestions I've found in other posts as well. Not too sure how to fix, please help!
