Its a buffering issue to do with the Xbox live Twitch application not allowing you to set it to CBR and or change the Maximum Keyframe intervals which "Twitch" themselves insist on having active.
Due to this many xbox users having this issue and your help and support section is riddled with people explaining it, the problem is they need to complain directly to xbox themselves and not you directly, im not sure if you could but i suggest that you make some kind of FAQ/Sticky which links people to a particular thread and or support section at xbox to complain to them direct this will speed up the process of this getting fixxed as it does not only affect Xbox's look but it also affects Twitch's look in some cases as people do not realise its not entirely anyone's fault, i have been troubleshooting this issue for 2-3 weeks now and tried just about everything with no luck!
After various long conversation's with various xbox support members the issue has now been red flagged and they have stated that they directly have not had that many complaints about this issue and will also not put a timeframe on the fix/update being released, so i would just suggest that a direct link or post is made to direct the many upset xbox streamers to xbox support appropriate section to describe there problems and speed this entire process up.
