We updated the profile banner for our channel and uploaded it yesterday. It appears to upload just fine in the Profile settings, but never updates in our channel. We have not attempted to "remove" the old banner as there have been many reports that this just removes the current banner and because the upload is not working properly leaves the channel with NO banner.
We have tried multiple browsers to upload the image and we have cleared Cache, etc. multiple times all with the same result. The image is in the correct format and size. Again, when we click on "Profile" the new image is displayed, but when we go to our channel the old Profile Banner is displayed. We were able to successfully update our Profile Picture (the small image) so parts of the system are working properly.
We messaged @TwitchSupport yesterday, but have not received a response. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
