Whenever I try to watch a Twitch stream it just gives me a flickering screen like this one

Any ideas what could be causing it? This started a couple days ago. Chat does load and works fine. Tried with Opera, Chrome, Firefox and Maxthon so as far as I'm concerned it's not browser related.
