I've attempted on 3 different browsers about 15 times today to make a specific highlight from a broadcast that is expiring in 2 days. Most times it simply doesn't add the highlight to my profile page list of highlights (even though it will usually be a 0 second clip when I click Highlight on the Broadcast). The 2-3 times it has actually shown up with video contained within, it starts 3-4 seconds later than the start time in the timestamp field. I've tried logging out and back in numerous times as well as even disconnecting my youtube account. Are highlights just not working at the moment?
