Low Bitrate and dropping Frames since today

Hi, I'm streaming using OBS and since today it just doesn't work anymore. I normally stream at >2k kb/s without any framedrops (1% or something) but since today when I try to stream the bitrate drops below 1k, keeps flickering red and I lose like 70% of the frames. OBS analysis says the server takes to long to reach but JTVPing shows me a 50ms to the server location (Frankfurt Germany). I didn't change anything on OBS or my computer since yesterday and yesterday it worked fine. Anyone any idea what the problem could be? Thanks
