Hello I live in clearwater(tampa) florida area and i have 40down 5up speeds. My twitch stream constantly lags and i dont know how to fix the problem. My bitrate is at 1500 on 1280x720 I should be able to stream at these numbers and go higher if i wanted to. I tried every server in the US still no luck. I use OBS and it shows no dropped frames (i both turned CBR on and off still does not fix anything) Can anyone shed some light on this?
