I'm currently experiencing an issue which occurred just recently. whenever I'm Streaming, I usually pull up my laptop to monitor my stream, but these past few days, I cannot view my own stream on my devices. I'll get the circle of doom, buffering for about 5 seconds, then get 3 seconds of stream, then another 5 seconds of buffering, then 3 more seconds of stream, then endless buffering/Stream Crash.
I can watch other Streams fine (FinestKO and anyone they host, Team Spooky, ChunandRice,) but when I stream, I can't watch my own Stream at all. I've been experimenting all weekend long to narrow down an issue, but all I can conclude is that it may be a potential issue with twitch. These are the experiments I've ran:
1. Restarted Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Firefox. Stutter remains.
2. Ran CCleaner and cleaned all temp files. Stutter Remains
3. Updated Flash for each browser. Stutter Remains
4. Updated my PC. Stutter Remains
5. Restarted my Home Network. Stutter Remains
6. Factory Reset my Router. Stutter Remains
7. Updated xSplit & my LGP. Stutter Remains
8. Contacted Optimum to troubleshoot my internet. Stutter Remains.
9. Streamed directly from my PS4 instead of my LGP & xSplit. Stutter remains.
10. Viewed my Stream with my PS4 and iPhone 4. Stutter Remains.
My Internet Speeds consist of a 60mb Download and a 30mb Upload with Optimum Online.
The only time I was able to watch my Stream continuously like normal was when I put my iPhone on Cellular instead of Wifi. I was 30 seconds behind my stream, but I was able to watch it with no stops. My Viewers all report that they can watch my stream with no buffering issue, thankfully, but I can't view my own stream to check if there are any issues that arise like Game Audio being too low or it cuts out, or if the video is being cut, etc.
The only thing I can think of is Twitch can broadcast a Streamer's Stream to other people just fine, but it's having trouble delivering a Streamer's own stream to their own home. I can't think of anything I can do to fix this.
