Hi, I was banned yesterday from twitch because an account name called: Twitch - Phil (Not a staff member,just a regular player) said that people couldn't hear my stream volume. I thought he was telling the truth, and he said to add him on Skype. So I added him, he asked for my stream key.(ps, I didn't know I was gonna get banned, I thought he was a staff member at this point!) So I gave him my stream key, he then asked that I turn my iMac off for 10-15 minutes. I turned it off for 15 minutes and when I load up twitch.... It said 'You have been IP banned from Twitch.' I ask him why I am banned, he said he would send my a link to get unbanned, so I clicked on the link,,, it was a troll. He sent me to a HORRIBLE site and I closed it down. He gave me another one! And I closed it down again and logged off the computer. I don't like getting trolled on Twitch, please can I get unbanned because I was just streaming MINECRAFT. His Twitch name was Support_Phil. (PLZ ban him for trolling!!!!!
