I am having problems with buffering like a lot of people, and its pretty clear to me its a form of net-favoritism. Its not in my computer or my ISP per se, i can hook any computer and Twitch will keep buffering my streams because they are incompetent and dont know whats going on. Im suspicious this is a form of passing the burden of the recent net-neutrality bill on to foreigners, that is that since the US ISPs cant discriminate they are passing it on exponentially to the international arena to make up for the bandwidth control that they cant exert anymore in the US, at least not until these fuckers stop blocking the net-neutrality bill or tell them how to loophole it..

I am not in any way savy about the issue, I wouldnt know where to start looking to decipher if its an international issue as I described or if its IPSs paying congressmen to block net neutrality and tahts why heavy buffering is happening.
Either way I am just posting this here so taht someone champions the issue and does some actual research, like I said, i wouldnt even know where to start, it just seems logical to me that its not a technical issue and more of a human decision whats blocking the streams. And so someone should investigate it or even bring up the issue with congress. If everyone emails them maybe they will take a look at it and stop the bribery and make things right.
