I am trying to highlight a clip. I am continuously getting a thing where when I click later in the video, it doesn't actually load THAT part, it loads a random time before or after that. To access the certain part of the video to highlight, I have to wait until it buffers. However, when I do highlight it, the highlight plays starting the random time before it buffered, the video stays at 0:00 while it plays that random part, and then SOMETIMES if you click later in the video, it will show you the highlighted part. I've used different browsers, moved the yellow markers, typed the time manually, nothing is fixing this. When this happens to videos, they also fail to be "converted" correctly to YouTube. This happens about half the time to me, and the past broadcasts that this happen to don't end up having any working highlights and then they expire, so I keep missing out. I've searched all over and no one seems to know a solution, or I'm searching wrong.
