This still isn't a thing yet for some reason. Im not sure why, twitch devs are not giving any info either.
I dont think they realize how many people have requested this and are just waiting for this to be added. If there are any users who are supporting this idea, support the idea @ https://xbox.uservoice.com/forums/251646-apps/suggestions/6029481-twitch-app-broadcast-party-chat and tweet at twitch support and xbox support because the only way this will be added is if we complain so much to the point where they must add it.
