So hello guys I'm from germany and I had massive problems with Streaming while my up&download were perfectly fine.
Everytime that I tried to stream everyone had the problem that the stream would randomly buffer every 30 sec. up to every 5 minutes.
Yesterday I decided to just try some stuff out since I really like streaming but it simply wasnt enjoyable anymore with all these "laggs"
What I did was connection to a vpn service in netherlands and chooseing the Lodon uk server don't ask me why but it fixed the whole buffering and lagg issue.
Any toughts on this ?
ps: yeha I know that my english is not yellow from the egg.
