Sadly, Twitch is the last obstacle standing between me and definite removal of this crap called Flash on my computers. It's sad to see that in 2013, the goal for HTML5 support was "in a few months". Nearly two years have passed, and I can't see hints of HTML5 anywhere. That's really sad.
With YouTube defaulting to HTML5, I feel that the industry is showing that the direction to follow is to give up on Flash. I think it is a bit sad for a streaming service that is going extremely strong to be late in this domain.
Come on Twitch, I'm sure the community as a whole cannot wait for HTML support! So I hope the developers will find some time to set a higher priority on this goal and deliver it soon. That would really be awesome, so please consider it :)
