I subscribed to Sevadus. He has made a bot that all subs message in order to gain access to his server on a game. (Minecraft) Everyone seems to be able to message the bot except for me. I type everything right, send it and am supposed to get a response within about a minute or two. I never get a reply. I screened my screen and linked it to Sevadus and he told me to contact twitch support. The issue isn't that I can't message anyone, it's just I can't message that bot. My brother messaged it and got a reply right away. I messaged my brother and he got my message instantly. I guess my question is why can't I message this bot in order to gain access to the benefits. Thanks for your help in advance and it would be awesome if you could fix this.
