I am new to streaming and I am having trouble with my stream constantly buffering. As I look at my dashboard whilst I stream, it buffers every 10-15 seconds. I am streaming 720p at 45fps. I have a really good computer and my upload is nearly 60Mbps so I don't understand why it lags so much. I use the recommended setting in the OBS guide on the twitch site, except for a 3000 bit rate instead of 2500 to account for the extra fps. Can anyone help?
